Job Overview:
Project Management Analyst to join the Equity BA/PM/PMO team.  The PMO team specifically is split between NY and Toronto.
The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be program/project oversight for an Equity line of business globally.  The candidate will be co-located with other PMO Analysts, and will be expected to support a global team of technologists in understanding of, adherence to and use of the Organizations PMO tools on a day-to-day basis. 
The primary scope of work includes:
•Ensuring project artifacts are understood and are being properly used and updated
•Ensuring project management guidelines are understood and are being followed
•Ensuring compliance with the Organizational PMO mandates for project artifacts
•Working with the Organizational PMO on changes/modifications to the guidelines
•Track high level business critical milestones across the Cash organization globally
•Track application retirements and inceptions across the Cash organization globally
•Maintain and produce Cash Specific executive and senior reporting
•Work with the broader organization on automation, best practices and continual improvements
This will require frequent interaction with resources at many levels of the organization within Technology.
The successful candidate will report into the ESST PMO lead.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Solid understanding Project Management practices and principals
•Ensuring SDLC adherence to Citi standards
•Oversight of management of project deliveries – business, tech mandatory and regulatory, as assigned
•Track/monitor day-day project status changes and prioritization changes
•Executive reporting on project statuses and roadmaps for Equity stakeholders and sponsors
•Overall, assisting and supporting user community with change management




Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
•Significant PMO / Project Management experience across the full project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment). 

Skill set requires evidence of :
•Ability to handle complex projects independently
•Problem-solving and facilitation skills
•Self-motivation and prioritization of tasks and actions to hit deadlines according to business priorities 
•Strong inter-personal skills 
•Enthusiastic and proactive approach
•Good attention to detail and relevant product knowledge
