An excellent opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join the four star Park Avenue Hotel and Marco Pierre White Restaurant. This is not a Chef role, but rather is front of house servicing our breakfast guests.

BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR – VARIED SHIFTS

 

This breakfast supervisory role will contribute to the smooth running of the operation of the Park Avenue Hotel’s food and beverage function. 

The candidate will work well as a team member and will have a high level of skill and personable attributes. They will be food and beverage focused and be passionate about what they do. They will also be willing to learn and progress within a fantastic team.

The candidate should be flexible in terms of their working hours as shifts will be varied in line with business needs.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Be instrumental in the delivery of complete guest satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a practice of continual improvement based on customer service, feedback and food review.
  • Contribute to the smooth and consistent running of the food and beverage function with minimum disruption or delays to customers.
  • Be able to communicate information to staff.
  • Maintain good customer and staff relations, establishing good rapport.
  • Supervise the breakfast service of Hotel guests, conferences and functions as required
  • Work within the Bistro and Restaurant setting as business needs demand

 

Essential Requirements

  • Previous food and beverage experience
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft packages and in house IT systems

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience within a 4* Hotel would be an advantage
  • Experience of supervising a function and staff
  • The ideal candidate will be personable and flexible as regards their role, possess excellent communication skills, have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
