Excellent opportunity for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor based in Bangor.

Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

The applicant must have previous experience as a vehicle service advisor or previous experience in the motorclaims insurance industry.

The service advisor will be required to deal with all customers’ accident repair requirements in an efficient and courteous manor, ensuring each customer is treated as an individual with care and respect and be able to build rapport as well as a desire to provide the highest level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work under his/ her own supervision.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with customers both at service reception and by phone.
  • Advising customers regarding repairs on their vehicles.
  • Update work providers database and EMACS Bodyshop Computer System.
  • Updating EMACS Courtesy Car system.
  • Logging repair jobs and booking in customer work.
  • Liaising with Parts, Estimators, Workshop Controller and Work Providers on a daily basis.

Excellent remuneration depending on experience.

30 days holidays (17 annual, 13 public holidays)
