With a minimum of 1-2 years proven experience, in an on-site and remote first/second level Application Support role you are proactive and focused on delivering the best outcome possible for clients. You are able to think logically and analytically within a problem solving environment.

You have worked with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server) and have knowledge of Internet Protocols, LINUX, Windows, XML and XLST.


Ideally you will have some experience with programming languages (Java, JavaScript, .NET) and will have a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
