With a minimum of 1-2 years proven experience, in an on-site and remote first/second level Application Support role you are proactive and focused on delivering the best outcome possible for clients. You are able to think logically and analytically within a problem solving environment.
You have worked with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server) and have knowledge of Internet Protocols, LINUX, Windows, XML and XLST.
