Role      

We are currently seeking to hire an ambitious Administrator for a permanent opportunity to support our iXBRL team based in Belfast.  

We ideally need you to have the following:

  • Excellent administrative skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks;
  • Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills – excellent multi-tasking with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency;
  • The ability to work on your own initiative to identify and solve problems;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills, as well as a high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to provide status updates to teams and management;
  • Organised and structured approach to work; and
  • A working knowledge of Know Your Client and Anti-Money Laundering procedures would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Your work will be varied. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support service to a team, including Managers and Directors;
  • Recording and tracking client engagements;
  • Compiling and maintaining client documents for risk management reviews;
  • Liaising with audit and tax teams across the KPMG network to obtain information to assist with client engagements;
  • Assisting with the invoicing process end to end;
  • Assisting with any other ad-hoc projects and duties as appropriate.

Team:

The iXBRL team is based in Belfast and provides iXBRL accounts conversion solutions to Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom tax resident companies.  Our team of experts have developed a suite of iXBRL solutions and services to help businesses to adapt to Revenue authorities’ requirements in an easy and cost-effective manner.  The support team provides administrative and secretarial support services to the iXBRL team, including Managers and Directors. The iXBRL team is part of KPMG’s Belfast Audit department.
