Accounts Team Leader to include Sales Invoicing

Job Description

Preparing of weekly depot invoicing to a tight deadline as part of a team

Dealing with any subsequent customer queries

Maintaining of customer rates paperwork

Analysing sales report by customer

Ad hoc duties as required

 

Person Specification 

Excellent attention to detail 

Experience on Accounts and Accounting Soiftware packages such as Sage

Confident at dealing with people via telephone and face to face

Computer literate with high levels of Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables)

Ability to work without direct supervision

Adaptable and methodical approach to work/Training/working hours
