We’re building on our existing Sourcing team based in our Belfast centre and are looking for new team members to support the Contact Centre recruitment needs for one of the world’s leading FTSE 100 general insurers.

As a Sourcing Specialist in the Volume sourcing team you’ll need to support the recruitment process of hiring high volumes of quality candidates by screening direct applications in a highly efficient manner to provide long-lists of relevant and engaged candidates

Responsibilities

  • Track candidates through the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring data accuracy and quality is maintained and accurately reflects the status of all activity
  • Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as required) to take detailed briefs on role requirements
  • Ensure the appropriate channels are activated in order to promote the opportunities and monitor response levels.
  • Manage responses from external advertising providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proactively source (identify) candidates where required utilising different channels (e.g. client database, job board databases).
  • Fully understand the requirements of the role and ideal candidates so that you can screen applications and CVs for initial suitability. You’ll then be required to further qualify the candidates by telephone to determine suitability before booking them in to the next stage of the process

 

Position Requirements

Experience in candidate identification and working in a role involving recruitment systems.

  • Successful track record in achieving targets
  • Great telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Experience of directly engaging with end-clients and stakeholder management
  • An understanding of various candidate selection methodologies
  • Good knowledge of customer service
