About the Role…

Bavarian MINI are delighted to offer the position of a Trainee Sales Executive within their established team. The successful candidate will display a passion for our brand, and ensure that every customer interaction is delivered with the highest level of individual care and respect. A comprehensive Group training programme will be provided covering all aspects of the retail car sales process, and will be further supplemented by a Sales Executive Accreditation program with MINI UK. The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to progress from an initial basic salary of £18,000pa to a Level 2 Trainee package with an OTE of £30,000, followed by a Qualified Package with an OTE of £40,000. A MINI Company car with fuel allowance will also be available upon meeting defined targets.

About you…

  • Possess 5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including English or Maths).
  • Minimum of one year’s experience of working within a customer service role.
  • Enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
  • Passion for automotive technology.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Team orientated personality, always willing to help and support others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop while keeping up-to-date with innovations and complex/technical/product information.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
  • Full, valid driving licence (aged 21+ for insurance purposes)

 Remuneration and Benefits…

  • Salary: £18,000 per annum during training progressing to Level 2 OTE £30,000.  Qualified package OTE £40,000.
