Terex are continuing to grow and are now recruiting for a Service & Warranty Co-ordinator to join our team in our Dungannon site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team and to learn from one of the largest engineering organisations in the world.

Reporting to the Helpdesk and Field Service Manager, the Service & Warranty Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of field service including scheduling, invoicing and dealer support.


  • Update the online service Engineer system with product detail information.
  • Coordinate the upload of credit information from finance onto dealers’ claims.
  • Carry out initial checks on online warranty claims to verify that labour and parts cost match the attachments included with the claims.
  • Review and upload of risk assessments and service reports onto warranty systems.
  • Assess and approve any online commissioning forms so that the system is accurate regarding time in service of equipment.
  • Update the product detail information on the online warranty system. This is available from the quality department of operations but may need to be chased up from time to time.
  • Deal with external enquiries regarding warranty claims if colleagues are not available.
  • Receive credit note information from finance and upload to warranty system.
  • Provide Excel reports from Warranty and Service data to Quality and Engineering meetings or for occasional projects as required.
  • Work with online system used for machine tracking to produce reports.
  • Set up and participate in quarterly Engineer meetings.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • GCSE English and Maths.
  • Computer Literate – Able to use Microsoft Office systems especially Excel.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
  • Previous experience in an administration environment



  • Degree educated
  • Experience in a Technical or Engineering Environment.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
