Senior Accounts Administrator
The main duties associated with this role are as follows:
- Undertake day to day office duties including telephone duties, reception duties; sorting; manual and electronic filing; data entry; running reports; preparing reports; record keeping; hospitality for site visitors.
- Ordering of office sundries and supplies as required for your role;
- Invoicing and payments; maintenance of financial legers and accounting systems including Sage system; VAT; finance and banking;
- Maintaining employment records and files; processing of wages and associated reports and statutory reports and returns.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace
- Other reasonable duties as required including the provision of absence cover for other staff roles within the scope of your abilities.
