Axiom is looking for a motivated and passionate Salesforce.com administrator to complement its growing CRM team within the IT organization. This role will be responsible for executing daily administrative tasks and instrumenting new features and product enhancements, all while offering excellent customer service to Axiom’s 250+ Sales Cloud users. This role will report into the Director of CRM and work alongside another seasoned administrator to provide subject matter expertise for feature requests and new product evaluations.
As a guru on all things Salesforce, this role will also be asked to liaise charismatically with other business units, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. We’re looking for someone who is a Salesforce.com platform expert (you look forward to reading the release notes), a great trainer (you could explain SFDC to your grandparent), and a problem solver (you’re equally comfortable talking tech and data as you are talking performance management and commercial strategy).
Success will be measured by the efficiency with which you manage the platform and its role in our tech ecosystem, and the effective and enthusiastic adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud across every rung of our business.

Beyond these characteristics, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this particular role:
Legally eligable to work in the UK
Salesforce Certified Administrator – certification required and will be confirmed prior to interview
2+ years of relevant Salesforce.com experience, ideally within a high-growth, B2B business.
Advanced hands-on experience and flawless execution completing standard SFDC admin tasks, including:
creation and maintenance of new fields and objects
creation and maintenance of validation rules
creation and maintenance of workflow rules and process builder
creation and maintenance of profiles, permission sets, and roles
executing mass data updates using Dataloader, Workbench or similar program
Management of complex systems in highly integrated enterprise environment with over 250 users.
Experienced in implementation of new Salesforce modules, objects and features
Experience in complex release management in multiple environments
Experience selecting, implementing and monitoring AppExchange products and/or third-party integrations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think through various scenarios, understand the impact on our environment, and make recommendations
Strong attention to detail and relentless organization
Strong reporting and dashboard skills required; experience with BI platform preferred.
Must be willing to service other time zones and be flexible in work hours as this is a global role.
Demonstrated ability to work with little to no oversight, has initiative and confidence to complete tasks from start to finish.
High level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business partners and stakeholders, inclusive of translating technical Salesforce speak to layman’s terms for better understanding and communication.
A self-starter with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Early Advanced Administrator or Developer certification work.
