Axiom, a pioneer in the legal industry and a leading, global provider of technology-enabled legal solutions, is seeking a Administrator to join our growing CRM team. Administrator, Belfast COE

Closing date: 22nd February 2019

Axiom, a recognized leader in the business of law, is a new category of professional services firm and the world’s largest provider of tech-enabled legal, contracts, and compliance solutions for large enterprises. Axiom is pioneering change, innovation, and value in one of the world’s largest economies that has not yet fully yielded to innovation and modernization. The Financial Times ranked Axiom #1 in business of law, #1 in innovation in corporate strategy and #1 in innovation in law firm efficiency, while The New York Times said Axiom is “rewriting the law firm business model.” We’re comprised of over 2,000 passionate Axiomites who serve over half the Fortune 100 across 17 offices globally (…and growing!).

The Role

Axiom is looking for a motivated and passionate administrator to complement its growing CRM team within the IT organization. This role will be responsible for executing daily administrative tasks and instrumenting new features and product enhancements, all while offering excellent customer service to Axiom’s 250+ Sales Cloud users. This role will report into the Director of CRM and work alongside another seasoned administrator to provide subject matter expertise for feature requests and new product evaluations.

As a guru on all things Salesforce, this role will also be asked to liaise charismatically with other business units, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. We’re looking for someone who is a platform expert (you look forward to reading the release notes), a great trainer (you could explain SFDC to your grandparent), and a problem solver (you’re equally comfortable talking tech and data as you are talking performance management and commercial strategy).

Success will be measured by the efficiency with which you manage the platform and its role in our tech ecosystem, and the effective and enthusiastic adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud across every rung of our business.
