As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and delivery of a comprehensive and professional recruitment operations/administration process. You will be responsible for leading a team of Recruitment Assistants and work in partnership with People and Culture colleagues, to ensure the delivery of an exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have experience within a recruitment agency or in-house environment, supervisory/coaching experience within an office environment and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Anticipated interview date: week commencing 11 March 2019
Salary scale: £24,028 – £27,831 per annum (potential to progress to £29,514 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution)
