2x RACEROOM ASSOCIATE

(ODDS & SPORTING SPECIALISTS)

Casual 12-20 hours per week

1x 40 hour Contract

Essential Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above, or equivalent
• Customer care experience within the last 5 years
• Must be numerate and have excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages.
• Keen interest in sport

You will help our customers by:

• Making a positive impact on every customer transaction, efficiently and effectively
• Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone/ online, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service
• Building real connections, being dedicated to offering the highest customers service
• Keeping up to date with each days live sporting events

What else you need to know

• We are here for our customers, during sporting events, so you’ll need to be flexible and commit to working a rotating work pattern
• Your hours of work will be between the hours of 5:30 pm and 9:30pm Monday to Friday and 8.00 am and 9:30pm on Saturday and Sunday 
• Bank Holiday working is a feature of this role.
