Peripatetic Care Assistant Night Duty

Spa Nursing Homes are seeking to recruit Peripatetic Care Assistants on a permanent basis to join the team in Spa Nursing Home Group.

The Spa Nursing Home Group has been providing community based, professional nursing care for over 25 years. We provide a range of care services including residential and nursing care, post-operative care including rehabilitation, dementia care, respite and end of life care.

We aim to provide safe, effective and compassionate care whilst promoting the dignity, rights and respect of each of our residents.  We are seeking likeminded individuals who share our passion for putting our residents first in everything that we do.

Rate of Pay: £9.50 per hour

Job Duties:

As the successful candidate, you will assist our residents in all activities of daily living such as feeding, washing, dressing and toileting.  You will work within our policies and procedures to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care whilst promoting the dignity, rights and respect of residents.

Qualifications / Experience:

• It is desirable that applicants can demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing care, inclusive of personal care, to adults either within a paid or voluntary capacity
• Access to transport enabling the candidate to travel to all of the Homes within the Group Locations and wiliness and flexibility to do so.
• Candidates should ideally be fully flexible to work on a rota basis Monday to Sunday*
• It is desirable that applicants hold NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care
