Based in Ballymena and reporting to the Operational Excellence Co-Ordinator, the Operational Excellence Administrator will assist in deploying and embedding the various Operational Excellence tools and techniques to help engage a culture of Operational Excellence.  This will be achieved by assisting in the delivery of management methods, training, improvement projects and the analysis of KPIs.

Applicants must have a good general education at G.C.S.E level, equivalent or above.  Be I.T. literate demonstrating strong data manipulation experience through Microsoft packages.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required along with strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.  Although not essential, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, experience within food manufacturing and a 3rd level qualification or equivalent in a related discipline would be advantageous.
