Excellent opportunity for a Lecturer in Painting and Decorating based in Springtown Centre.

POST REF: 01933/19

POST TITLE: Lecturer in Painting and Decorating

LOCATION: Springtown Centre

SALARY: £22,609 – £32,778 per annum (plus £2,612 Threshold and £1,358 Deane payment if applicable) per annum.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants must have:

Essential

1a a relevant* University degree or equivalent qualification;

or

1b a relevant* Level 5 qualification and 3 years relevant* post qualifying industrial, professional or teaching experience;

and

2 GCSE (or any qualification which is deemed to be equivalent) English (Grade A*- C) or Essential Skills Level 2 (or higher) in Communication

and GCSE (or any qualification which is deemed to be equivalent) Maths (Grade A*- C) or Essential Skills Level 2 (or higher) in Numeracy, or NICATS Access Maths Modules;

and

3 a Level 3 qualification in Painting and Decorating.

*relevant defined as in the area of Construction.

Desirable

3 a Post Graduate Certificate in Education or equivalent qualification recognised for teaching in the Northern Ireland FE Sector or be currently registered with the General Teaching Council for Northern Ireland (GTCNI).
