 Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a L&D professional with 3+ years experience to join FinTrU's established HR team. The successful individual will be responsible for identifying training needs and developing and delivering bespoke training programmes across our network of offices.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Responsibility for ensuring that the internal training needs of the company are regularly analysed and reviewed
  • Responsibility for designing and delivering training programmes across all of FinTrU’s sites
  • Coordination, delivery and supervision of the company’s leadership programme
  • Collaboration with key internal stakeholders to design and deliver bespoke training programmes
  • Collaboration with external training providers where appropriate
  • Monitoring and tracking mandatory training requirements across the company

   

Key Requirements

 

  • A minimum of three years experience within a Learning and Development role
  • CIPD qualification or working towards one
  • Proficient in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience within professional services or financial services
  • Experience of responsibility for managing a training budget

  • Demonstrable evidence of identifying training needs across an organisation and designing and developing a strategy to address these needs
  • Displays initiative and stays up to date with developments in relevant areas of expertise
  • Ability to work under limited guidance and utilise own initiative
  • Commercial approach and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to collaborate with, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • An ‘extra mile’ attitude and approach to ensure consistent delivery of the best results
