Job Description
The successful candidate will deliver IPAF training courses to our clients, with the objective of developing existing and new business.
You will target and foster effective commercial relationships with customers including key accounts.
Regularly monitor and review training programmes delivered to employees and customers .
Deliver, conduct and supervise training and development programs for all employees across the company.
Qualification and experience requirements:-
- IPAF operator licence.
- IPAF instructor licence 3a, 3b, 1b.
- Full driving licence.
- IPAF demonstrator licence.
- First aid certificate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible with travel.
- Good presentation skills.
