We are looking for an Internal Recruiter with around 1 years’ experience and preferably direct Talent acquisition and sourcing experience who can attract, cultivate, and identify top talent.

Market Resource Partners (MRPFD) are looking for an Internal (Corporate) Recruiter to join our HR and Recruitment team. This role is an integral part of the business responsible for the full recruitment process of both English speaking and multi-lingual sales professionals across the globe.
This is a hands-on talent acquisition position for a dedicated and focused resourcing specialist with experience in Recruitment looking to progress their In-House Recruitment career. The main roles you will be recruiting for are Sales Account Executive across a variety of languages including English, French, German and many more. You will also be involved in the internal recruitment and promotion process within MRP and external recruitment of Senior positions.
You will have the opportunity to work in our Brand new Belfast City Centre office and be expected to be the face of MRP, selling our business to attract the best candidates as well as being involved in the on-boarding and induction process, answering employee queries and helping with the relocation of non-local staff.

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter with around 1 years’ experience and preferably direct Talent acquisition and sourcing experience who can attract, cultivate, and identify top talent. Experience sourcing multi-lingual candidates would be preferred. Demonstrated success partnering with the business leadership to drive hiring and human capital initiatives is essential. The recruitment team’s focus is to interact cross functionally with business leaders, other recruiting staff, training staff, and HR Business Partners.

Primary Role Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, conducting initial interviews, scheduling of interviews and extension of employment offer for English and Multi-lingual candidates
  • Creation of new and updating current job descriptions to attract the right talent
  • Utilising current job boards, platforms and ATS tool, identifying new platforms to use
  • Attending career fairs and any relevant recruitment and engagement events
  • Work closely with and build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Managers internally
  • Involvement in new hire induction, on-boarding and engagement with employees

Experience required

  • Minimum 1 years’ recruitment experience either in-house or agency
  • 1-2 years experience sourcing candidates (candidates with languages preferred)
