Excellent opportunity for HR and Recruitment Officer based in Newtownards.

Crossroads Care NI is excited to recruit an HR and Recruitment Officer to cover a period of maternity leave for 12 months.

The HR and Recruitment Officer will be responsible to the HR Manager and will work in a small department of 3.

Working hours are predominantly Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm although some evening and weekend work may be required from time to time.

The main areas of focus for this role will include shortlisting, interviewing, absence management, employee relations and HR reporting.

The successful candidate must have:

  • one years recent HR experience (to include recruitment and employee relations),
  • C or above in GCSE Maths and English and
  • must have a full valid driving license with access to a car for work purposes
  • CIPD membership would be an advantage
