We are now seeking a F&B Supervisor to join the management team within this brand-new hotel. This an exciting time to join our Group and to be a part of a team, opening a brand-new hotel in the heart of Belfast City.

This new hotel opened its doors in March 2018 and will be the Groups second Maldron Hotel to grace the City of Belfast. This 4* Maldron Hotel Belfast City has 237 bedrooms and features 5 meeting rooms capable of hosting up to 80 delegates.

We are now seeking a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the management team within this brand-new hotel. This an exciting time to join our Group and to be a part of a team that has just opened a brand-new hotel in the heart of Belfast City.

About the Role:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Customer / Guest experience.

The purpose of this position is to help lead the daily Food & Beverage outlet operations including overall quality, service and service staff performance of the designated outlet or outlets. 

The Supervisor will work daily with the staff to ensure both Guest Satisfaction by training, coaching, developing and correcting behavior of the team. 


Essential Criteria for this post includes:

  • A minimum of 6 months Food & Beverage experience.
  • Experience in a high volume and quality focused establishment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in hotel industry
  • Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation
  • Willingness to develop team members and self
