Customer Service Advisor

Newry, The Quays

Up to £17,264.00 Per Annum

Hours : 40 Hours Per Week

 

Shifts – 5 days between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Full flexibility required.
Training – 8 days, Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Due to our continued success, we are currently seeking candidates who would like to play a key role in our continuous delivery of excellence by providing multi-channel customer services to one of our key clients, Student Loans Company.

The Role

Our objective for the Student Loans Company inbound service is to support both student and parents alike through the application process for student finance throughout the academic year.

As part of the three site delivery of Student Loans at Teleperformance, Newry is unique in that it delivers inbound customer service not only for Student Finance England but also for Student Finance Northern  Ireland and Wales as well. Within our front line advice we deal with students applying for finance for the first time, returning students, parents who are sponsoring the students and a number of vulnerable groups of students who are applying for additional grants. We also advise on eligibility of each university or college course for funding from the SLC.

Hours

Full flexability required between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.  Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach and be prepared to work rotational shifts. You will receive your rota 4 weeks in advance.

Start Dates

We have a number of start dates available to suit you. You will receive 8 days paid classroom training which will be held Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
