Role

Belfast Met are seeking to appoint Curriculum Administrators on a full time basis.

The Curriculum Administrator will ensure an efficient and effective student service and administrative support to the front line services of the College. The post holder will also provide administrative support to the Curriculum Area Manager and track student journey from recruitment to exit.

What you need:

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge

  • Hold a qualification BTEC National, GNVQ Advanced, or NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant subject together with a minimum of one years’ experience of working in an administrative setting OR Have a minimum of two years’ experience working in an administrative setting. Please provide dates.
  • English GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Communication, or equivalent.
  • Maths GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Numeracy, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an environment, which requires confidentiality and the ability to handle data and information of a sensitive nature e.g. personal finance including banking details.
  • Experience of planning and organising administrative tasks.
  • Experience using Microsoft office applications (for example; Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Experience of working with others and in teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Flexible approach with a focus on service and performance.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
