Description:  

The CSC Administrator is responsible for the overall RMA (Return Material Authorization) Order Management from receipt of complaint in SFDC through to communication of issue resolution including delivery of replacement or repaired goods to customer.

**SFDC is a customer issue management portal used at Qualitrol**

**RMA process used to have the defective product returned from Customer for analysis and to ship replacement units to Customers**

Key tasks and responsibilities will be:

RMA Order Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with customers, responding to customer queries.       
  • Review commercial T&C’s on purchase orders.
  • Enters, maintains, and processes customer RMA orders into Oracle
  • Edits all orders, checking information such as addresses, transportation methods, quantities and weights, dimensions and insurance charges.
  • Forwards Order Confirmation to customers once RMA order is booked.
  • Liaise with Manufacturing to update Customers on request dates
  • Generate and distribute SFDC and RMA reports on a frequent basis.
  • Create a job file for each RMA order to store all relevant information.
  • Performs duties in accordance with quality standards
  • Update SFDC with Progress of Customers Repairs / Replacement
  • Work closely with Manufacturing on RMA shipping Dates
  • Communicate Directly with Customer on getting the Faulty Equipment Returned to Qualitrol for Investigation.
  • Update Customers on investigations status
  • Release Scheduling Holds
  • Print Grid Travellers (Grid traveler – Product work order generated through Oracle)
  • Fix any Grid Issues / Pop up screens when receiving to Grid before shipping

Qualifications:

  • Educated to GCSE
  • A Level

Skills & Experience:

  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of personnel within the company, and outside of the company.
  • Minimum 2 years’ previous Customer Service and Order Entry experience in Manufacturing industry
