Eakin’s has continued to expand and develop its portfolio of products and we are now seeking a recruit a Commercial Manager to further grow and develop our business. This is an incredibility rare opportunity in a consistent period of growth to join a fast-growing multi-service and product company.

Salary will be reflective of experience, plus company benefits.

The successful candidate as a minimum must:

  • Possess a degree in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a senior management role, including proven experience in a commercial role combined with proven experience in contract and/or project delivery to agreed schedules.
  • Demonstrate proven experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience of identifying and implementing innovation and effective business improvements.
  • A clean valid driving licence.

Preference many be given to candidates who:

  • Hold a formal professional qualification such as MRICS. 

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate:

  • Superior management and organisational skills,
  • Expert negotiating and dispute resolution skills,
  • High quality presentation and communication skills, written and oral,
  • Comprehensive knowledge about the industry,
  • The capacity to be decisive, influential and amenable,
  • Professionalism and cordiality in their approach,
  • Have solid or can demonstrate their ability to develop industry networks.
  • Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities;
  • A flexible and pragmatic approach.


  • £45,000 – £60,000 dependent upon the experience and skillset of the right candidate.
