Chefs of all Levels required for The Albany and Miel et Moi. Candidate should have 2+ years’ experience working in a fast paced kitchen.
- Oversee the daily operations of the staff and kitchen.
- To organise the resources within the kitchen.
- To produce food to the desired standard with particular emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy.
- Care and maintenance of all kitchen appliances, equipment and utensils.
- To keep all work areas and surfaces as clean and as tidy as is practicable at all times.
- To be clean in work and presentation.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations e.g. Health and Safety, Hygiene and Fire.
- To be innovative and creative with excellent attention to detail.
