Job Title – Area Sales Manager
Location – South-East (Field Sales)
Reporting to – Merchant Division Manager

We are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join our friendly, enthusiastic and customer-centric team. As part of the commercial team you will be responsible for managing a number of key accounts and distribution partners across the UK.
Kilwaughter Minerals ltd. is a privately owned, forward thinking business. We are a multi-site, 200-strong team with six distribution sites across the UK and Ireland. K Rend, part of the Kilwaughter Group, supplies high quality silicone render and finishes to our customers in the construction industry.
Working within our sales team you will develop sales leads from new and existing customers across a designated sales region. You will be responsible for achieving set targets and generating new sales as well as growing existing business. Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders is a key part of the role.

Develop business through sales leads and securing new customers.
Achieving agreed sales targets and maximising sales via customer visits within your specific region.
Working closely with architects on product specifications and delivering CPD’s.
Developing a customer base and solid relationships through growing existing customers and introducing new customers.
Working with your internal sales consultant, you will have a robust sales plan in place to support achieving sales activities and targets.
What You Will Need:
2 years’ experience in field sales
Experience in heavy side or construction
Excellent communication skills with ability to adjust style and approach depending on customer
Proactive approach to developing business
Confidence, self-motivation and resilience
Good organisational and time management skills
