Visitor Welcome Assistant x 20 7.83 per hour Fixed Term f/t or p/t (until 15/11/19)

What you’ll be doing

 

Visitors are a vital part of what we do. As the Visitor Welcome Assistant it’s your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is perfect, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of the day.

You’ll be responsible for answering queries and making sure visitors can find everything they need for their visit. You’ll tell them about the amazing work we do and what their money is funding.

This role will be based within the Visitor Experience Team and successful candidates will be required to work in various areas of the property including car parking during events and peak days and event set-up and delivery. The required hours are predominantly during weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods, therefore, flexibility is required in this role.

Notification of the rota will generally be 4 weeks prior to shifts and team members can expect to be asked to work between 10-20 hours per month, however, this may increase dependant on the availablity of successful candidates.

Selection for these roles will take place by group assessment sessions on Friday 8th or Saturday 9th February 2019 where we will also be recruiting for the following positions:

• Food & Beverage Team Member

• Visitor Welcome Assistants – Strangford Lough
