Technical Helpdesk Manager
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will manage the Helpdesk team, prioritise and allocate engineering requests for the creation or altering of 2D/3D engineering drawings, as required by clients/operations department. Based at our Lurgan site their key responsibilities will include:
Candidates must be educated to HND level, or equivalent, in an Engineering discipline and have previously worked in a manufacturing environment. They must also possess the following skills and competencies:
