TALENT MANAGER – BELFAST – MATERNITY COVER
As a Talent Manager in Kainos, you will partner with the leadership teams and managers across all Business Units to ensure that we recruit, identify, develop and drive strong talent, in line with business needs. Working within the Organisational Development & Learning team and partnering with other people team functions, such as People Support and Recruitment, you’ll ensure that each employee has the right core skills, is trained and developed appropriately in their first year. You’ll work with management to identify high potential employees, ensuring plans are in place to progress them further in line with business needs, such as project allocations, coaching, opportunities and further training. You’ll work proactively with management on an ongoing and consistent basis to drive accurate and meaningful talent data using the Talent 9 Box framework, aligning decisions from this to business goals. As a key partner to the business, you will work to understand the needs of different teams and capabilities and to identify and address any skills gaps. You’ll also build a strong pastoral care relationship with entry level employees. Externally, you’ll build strong relationships with education providers and other relevant bodies, representing Kainos at events and employer panels.
