EMEA TLD Advisory team: The TLD Advisory team consult across the EMEA franchise, aiming to maximize organizational performance to meet current and future business objectives.
We are responsible for understanding the performance needs and opportunities of our businesses and identifying the appropriate solutions, frameworks and best practices, in full partnership and collaboration with relevant business partners, HR and regional/global TLD colleagues.

Role Description and Key Responsibilities
Form close, collaborative and trusted relationships with business leaders, HR partners and regional/global TLD team members – ensuring strong, proactive communication links exist to all stakeholders
Engage all stakeholders in the EMEA TLD strategy, through a genuine passion for what we do and the opportunity ahead of us, as well as excellent execution of our work
Understand the business, market/country and HR needs and priorities, collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, to create and execute on agreed TLD priorities, which are aligned with and contribute to the overarching people strategy and plan
Provide value add advisory to stakeholders on an ongoing basis through first class consultancy and partnership on TLD priorities to ensure stakeholders have the best solutions in place
Implement solutions as a result of clear identification and understanding of a genuine business (individual, team, organization) need or opportunity, as well as a clear understanding of the root cause and desired state, ensuring organizational impact is achieved
Identify the need for external specialists/ vendors, then source, brief, and evaluate the vendor
Bring the outside in and the inside out by developing and maintaining an external network to continually challenge Citi’s approach and to develop our thought leadership
Leverage data to identify opportunities and provide insights for the business on potential areas of focus and initiatives (identifying future roles/ resources; succession and development requirements).
Person Specification and Key Requirements
Demonstrated ability to act as a valued advisor on the people agenda
Experience in project management, in a global environment, with complex stakeholder groups
Experience in talent management strategy and/ or diversity and/ or learning and development is desirable
Ability to collaborate, challenge and influence internal stakeholders at various levels in a matrix environment
Excellent consulting skills, and relationship management skills to partner effectively with senior business leaders and HR partners
Ability to manage expectations and value diverse opinions
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated expertise in executing impactful, effective and innovative solutions
Capable of performing effectively in complex situations with limited guidance, and unafraid to challenge the status quo
Ability to prioritize multiple multi-geography concurrent projects, and adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; resilient and flexible
Comfortable with uncertainty, and operating in ambiguity
Displays initiative, with a strong desire to learn the business and stay up to date with developments in areas of expertise, as well as external industry developments
Can demonstrate proficiency of all leadership standards through previous experience (Manager of Self Level)
