Support Worker, Newtownards Mental Health Services. Salary: £8.20 per hour, £16,630 per annum pro rata – Unqualified Rate / £8.50 per hour, £17,238/ per annum pro rata – Qualified Rate

We are the largest care providing charity in Northern Ireland and also have large operations across Republic of Ireland, England and Isle of Man, employing over 1400 staff.

£8.20/£8.35 per hour, £16,630/£16,945 per annum pro rata – Unqualified Rate

£8.50/£8.65 per hour, £17,238/£17,553 per annum pro rata – Qualified Rate


Support Workers

£8.20 per hour – Unqualified Rate

£8.50 per hour – Qualified Rate



Note: Higher rates include a lead in payment of £315 per annum which is payable depending on scheme classification. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies
