Dunsilly Hotel in Antrim are looking for someone who’s got bags of stamina and enjoys the fast pace of working in a kitchen. You also need to be able to stay calm and work as part of a team. As Sous Chef you will be confident enough to manage the team working with you and help to steer new menu development with a focus on great local food.
