Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm Saturdays on a rota

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be joining the team on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering for Maternity Leave.

No experience in the motor industry is needed and full training will be provided, however previous customer service and admin experience is essential.

You will be the main point of contact between the customer and the workshop ensuring high levels of customer service.

This role is based on Ballymena and you will be looking after both the Renault and Dacia franchises.

The Role

  • Welcoming customers to the Service department
  • Organising bookings to ensure availability of the workshop in line with the dealer guidelines
  • Build strong interdepartmental relationships between the service desk, workshop and show rooms, paying attention to the specific requirements of the franchises
  • To promote the service facilities and encourage repeat after sales
  • Manage customer follow ups to develop strong customer relationships

The Person

  • At least one years Customer Service and Administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft office, excel and outlook. Comfortable learning new Computer packages
  • Work independently in a busy, active environment, managing own time and workflow effectively.
  • Present a consistently professional image to both internal and external customers, through attitude , behaviour and personal appearance
  • Comfortable dealing with customers and handling queries
  • A full drivers licence is essential as driving duties will be involved

  • Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, including Saturday on a rota basis
