An RPA developer / engineer will be expected to play a leading and pivotal role in delivering the end-to-end automation of a large range of internal processes that sit within 3 departments in People Advisory Services.

At EY, we are expanding our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice and specifically building our UK&I Delivery Centre team in Belfast. 

 
Automation, Data Analytics, and Digital Disruption are having a massive impact on our clients’ HR and People processes, leading to a sharp growth in the number of related projects being delivered by UKI People Advisory Services in this area. Specifically, we have demand for expertise in the assessment, design, deployment and control of these new technologies. 
 
We are looking for talented Robotic Process Automation engineers to be part of our Team at EY.

You will have a varied role but primarily will be responsible for the design, build, test and deployment of automation projects within People Advisory Services service line..

Most of the projects will focus on streamlining our internal processes.

An RPA developer /  engineer  will be expected to play a leading and pivotal role in delivering the end-to-end automation of a large range of internal processes that sit within 3 departments in PAS. This unique role will offer the successful candidates the ability to work on new automation opportunities giving you freedom to drive the solution and delivery.

You will:

Participate in the  Process assessment and automation feasibility
 
Robotics development  lifecycle – design, build , test , deploy.
 
Reviewing and quality assurance of work products of colleagues
 
Ensuring compliance with the planned rollout schedule; predicting the potential risk and impact of delays due to specific technical constraints
 
Create and maintain RPA code and build repositories
 
Review design documents and builds  from junior staff and provide sign off as required
 
And all other reasonable duties that would normally fall into this role.
Experience:
3rd level qualification in relevant area ideally STEM
3 yrs experience working with Automation and Development tools eg Blue Prism, UIPATH etc
