Vacancy: Sales and Retention Specialist
Contract: Full Time (37 hours per week), permanent
Reporting to: Sales and Retention
Location: Technology Park, Antrim
Due to increased competition within the energy market, we are expanding our team with the aim to further develop our existing customer retention capability. You will work as part of a team specialising in the retention and acquisition of customers.
And that is where we need your expertise……
For this role we are seeking enthusiastic sales professionals who enjoy working within a target-driven, fast paced team environment. All Sales and Retention Specialists are key in the delivery of our mission statement which is to deliver a great customer experience one conversation at a time.
This is a varied role that includes sales and sales support with key responsibilities below, but is not limited to:
A very competitive salary, starting at £17,000 with OTE of £22,000 based on performance in the role (salary band £17,000 to £23,000) As well as:
The job requires a considerable degree of commitment, flexibility and adaptability on the part of the job holders to meet quality standards, work deadlines and the changing needs of the business. The individual must have the ability to resolve problems and handle routine work with limited supervision.
