Excellent opportunity for Sales Administrator based in Mallusk.

Diamond Trucks are part of the ever expanding Renault Trucks network and are currently seeking to recruit a full time “Sales Administrator” to join our team here at our Mallusk depot.

Working within an established sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities;

  • Input & process of vehicle orders
  • Registering and taxing of vehicles
  • Tracking vehicle stock movements, and assisting with timely delivery to customers.
  • Producing sales reports
  • Providing assistance & liaising to the accounts department
  • Daily inputting of purchase invoices
  • Stationary
  • Work as part of a team to effectively & efficiently provide a high level of customer’s service.
  • General administrative duties

Criteria;

  • Previous experience working within a similar office role essential
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft office packages, particularly excel
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English or Math’s
  • Previous experience working within the motor trade an advantage but not essential
  • Flexible attitude to work with a can do attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

This is a permanent position with an immediate start.

Salary dependent on experience / Performance related bonus available / Career Progression / 30 days paid holiday per year / Pension scheme
