EY has demand for expertise in the assessment, design, deployment and control of new technologies. With this in mind, we need a passionate and experienced Process Analyst to join the team.

At EY, we are expanding our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice and specifically building our UK&I Delivery Centre team in Belfast. 

 
Automation, Data Analytics, and Digital Disruption are having a massive impact on our clients’ HR and People processes, leading to a sharp growth in the number of related projects being delivered by UKI People Advisory Services in this area. Specifically, we have demand for expertise in the assessment, design, deployment and control of these new technologies.  With this in mind, the team now needs a Process Analyst to join the team.
 
We are looking for a passionate and experienced process mapping professional to be part of our team at EY. You will have a primary responsibility for helping us drive the process mapping process, deliver detailed and robust process flows to help drive and transform our automation strategy. We expect you to be able to confidently map and understand business processes and be able to identify those areas / processes that can be improved, streamlined and automated.

Person Profile:

 

You are:

Passionate about the detail and know how to unravel complex processes

A confident communicator who can liaise with junior and senior staff

A champion of agile process improvement

 

You will:

Lead process discovery, Interrogate and break down in to levels of detail.
 
Facilitate process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users ( Level1  to Level 3 process identification)
 
Extract and integrate data for modelling and analysis to facilitate business planning and decisions
 
Interpret data from multiple external sources, perform research to define various data points, and develop specifications to extract and map source data into standard data sets
 
Meticulously document all processes in a format suitable for review by junior and senior staff.
 
Carry out any other reasonable duties that would normally fall into this role.

Experience:

3rd Level Qualification in relevant field / Area
 
1 years Exp working Processing/Business Mapping
 
Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate.
 

Desirable;

Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate. An understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML and other key protocols is also desirable

Lean/Six Sigma Certification.

Working in Agile framework

BPM/BA certification

An understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML and other key protocols is also desirable.

Limited travel required as 95% of the role is based in Belfast
