Excellent opportunity for a Marketing Executive based in Lurgan

Purpose of position:

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive with a passion for delivering excellent work, to join our CTS team within a fast-growing environment. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will work closely to plan, implement and support marketing and communication strategy and campaigns both on and offline.

The goal is to help drive our business forward in line with company objectives, build and strengthen brand reputation and exposure to offer “Best in Class” client marketing and set the company apart from competition. You will bring a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. You will work closely with the Sales and Development teams in doing so.

Summary (major activities):

  • Create and implement innovative and efficient marketing campaigns and promotional strategies that aim to promote the company’s diverse product range and grow the business across local and international markets
  • Manage the marketing strategy, budget and activity calendar that will support delivery of the business strategy
  • Build and endorse the brand reputation with new and existing clients ensuring it is set apart from its competitors
  • Understanding key products, customer profiles, unique selling points and articulating to our audiences
  • Content creation for a variety of marketing channels and platforms including: brochures, graphics, website, case studies, video tutorials, social media, and mailshots to create awareness and develop the Radius brand.
  • Copy writing and proofreading for collateral for both print and digital activity
  • Re-launch and maintenance of Radius CTS website, with associated SEO
  • Prepare industry specific trade shows and exhibitions
  • Manage and improve lead generation methods and campaigns, measuring results
  • Tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of all marketing activities and make recommendations to further develop our approach to continually improve our return on investment
  • Collation and presentation of market, product and competitor research
  • Working closely with R&D and sales teams to ensure the successful launch of new products to the market
  • Working effectively with internal and external partners incl. coordination with third party provider services e.g. creative, digital, print, merchandising and media agencies when necessary•        Manage and improve lead generation methods and campaigns, measuring results

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 3+ years proven experience in similar role
  • Degree in Marketing would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of web design and html is a plus
  • Drive and determination
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Strong organisational skills and time-management abilities
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Commercial awareness and good business acumen
  • Understanding of customer segmentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Good numeracy skills and a knowledge of statistics
  • Ability to control a budget
  • Ability to work closely with the sales team to formulate an effective marketing strategy
  • Experience with email and social media marketing
  • Full proficiency in MS office and Adobe Creative suite
  • Practical understanding and implementation of PPC campaigns, SEO and Google Analytics reporting 

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • CIM qualification would be advantageous
