We are looking for a Managed Services Representative responsible to guide our Managed Service customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs.

The Role

Our Managed Services Representatives guide our Managed Service customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. Our representatives bring Proofpoint Wombat’s experience and Best Practices with them. Our customers lean on us for our expertise and eye for detail.

As our customer-base continues to grow and our technology solutions are constantly updated, we strive to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. That means we also need to be excellent at time management and prioritizing.

Our customers rely on us to plan their projects and ensure they go off without a hitch. We’re organized, meticulous and responsive. All details are to be considered before rolling out a program. “If it’s mentionable, it’s manageable.”

We believe it’s important to have demonstrated the ability to work independently or part of a team. While most of the work we do is independent, we share what we know and step in to assist others on the team in order to meet the needs of all our customers.  

Your day-to-day

  • Work with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment program
  • Develop implementation and communication strategies
  • Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reports
  • Resolve low-level technical issues as they pertain to Wombat Security software
  • Follow approved escalation process for all other software concerns
  • Handle a Managed Services account load and keep an updated status for each of the Managed Services customers in our CRM system. Must also provide detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are mandatory, as is a solid understanding of SaaS
  • Strong interpersonal and customer management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Adaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions, and solves and resolves independently
  • High energy, confident, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, Access and Project a plus
