At Finnebrogue, we are searching for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to join the Human Resources Department within our fast growing business.
Acts as a true business partner to the Senior Management Team.
Provides advice and guides on a full spectrum of HR duties including (but not limited to) recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, absence management and disciplinary and grievances.
Updates the business on all relevant legislative and best practice changes.
Ensures that Finnebrogue is recognised as an employer of choice, and promotes and encourages a positive culture of employee relations within the business.
Drives the culture within the business, supports Line Managers in creating an environment where employees can be the best they can ever be.
Ensures maximum efficiency in staffing all departments by driving regular performance appraisals, regularly updating job descriptions, and identifying training solutions.
Working with the wider Finnebrogue team to implement the company’s policies and goals; and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Daily reporting of Labour KPIs and monthly reporting of all HR Kpi’s to Board of Directors.
Supporting the HR Manager in other projects or duties within reason and capability associated within this.
3 – 5 years generalist HR experience in a Business Partner or HR Management role, ideally within an FMCG environment.
Ideally CIPD Qualified (although not essential)
Excellent knowledge of NI employment law
