GRADUATE TRAINEE ACCOUNT HANDLER

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working with us as a Graduate Trainee Account Handler, you have the opportunity to work towards your professional qualifications whilst working with and building strong working relationships with clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

On a daily basis, we expect you to showcase your skills and knowledge by: 

  • providing support to broking team members in the overall servicing of clients’ insurance programmes;

  • preparing high quality and accurate market and client documentation;

  • obtaining quotations for both new and renewal business as required;

  • assisting in the placement of insurances for clients in accordance with strategy;

  • providing clients with policy documentation in accordance with FCA regulation;

  • efficiently dealing with client queries to the satisfaction of the client and the market, including changes in cover and risk;

  • developing and applying knowledge and understanding of product features;

  • managing personal workloads and meeting deadlines;

  • keeping accurate client records and files at all times, including timely inputting of all client data into our bespoke system;

  • ensuring that Company procedures, our high client service standards and FCA compliance regulations are adhered to and maintained, at all times acting in the best interests of our clients.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Our next Graduate Account Handler will ideally be a graduate (or will graduate in 2019) with a 1st or 2nd class degree in any discipline. Whilst no previous relevant experience is necessary, relevant work experience will be advantageous.
