MacBlair Belfast (Boucher), a long established builder’s merchant situated in Belfast and flagship branch of the MacBlair Group, are on the look-out for dynamic, enthusiastic individuals, both recent graduates and those with sales experience, who are keen to succeed and looking to advance their career in sales and builders merchanting.




The Person

You will be self-motivated, reliable and dependable with a high level of integrity and drive capable of selling the Company’s range of products to new and existing customers thereby increasing revenues and profitability.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively chase sales
  • Follow up on business leads
  • Deal with technical queries, pricing enquiries and product availability


Your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Sales focused
  • Strong technical capabilites
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Good communication skills
  • Third level education in any discipline although a business/building/technical qualification is preferred
