DESCRIPTION

  • Excellent opportunity for Customer Service Coordinator.
  • Customer Service Coordinator-Office and Outdoors
  • This is a 30+ Hour Position.
  • Must be fully flexible from Monday to Sunday including all Public/Bank holidays.
  • Working hours Shifts vary from 07:00-18:00pm
  • Starting Rate is £8.50 per hour during Probationary Period and reviewed thereafter.
  • Experience necessary:
  • Customer Service Experience Essential

Qualifications necessary:

  • G.C.S.E’S

  • Customer Service Orientated
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Confident and approachable
  • Fully Flexible in regards to shifts-Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays.

Job Duties:       

  • Dealing with the Public at our stops (Outdoor Work) and within an office environment.
  • Keeping the Coach stop clear from public.
  • Promoting the services.
  • Liaising with drivers and coordinating coaches.
  • Working both indoors and outdoors.
  • Providing update to date real time information and timetable enquiries.
  • Dealing with Customer Complaints, Lost Property Cash handling and Selling tickets.
  • Dealing with Hired in external coach contractors.
