Level/Salary Range: 18,000 per annum

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mollitium Capital Limited offers managerial support services to several offshore companies. Our growth rate in

2018 was 100% and as a result we are now recruiting an experienced Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience or a reasonable knowledge of working with all types of contracts including but not limited to Loan Agreements and Share Purchase Contracts.

The role will involve providing high level administrative support across several key areas:

  • Preparation of Contracts and Agreements
  • Devising/maintaining Reporting Spreadsheets
  • Analysis and Reporting on specific risks associated with contracts.
  • Offer administrative support when required to other members of the management team
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Any other duties

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • GCSE English and mathematics (or equivalent) are standard
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel

KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Hold a professional and confident telephone manner with a strong ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with Colleagues and Clients;
  • Be versatile; both a good team player and able to use own initiative whilst under pressure;
  • Attention to detail and ability to notice errors
  • Adaptable & Flexible
