Accounts Clerk

Temporary Contract

Location: Cookstown

This opportunity exits within our Finance Department.

The role will involve: 

Processing of supplier invoices including payment in a timely manner, matching invoices to purchase orders & goods received, resolve supplier queries, prepare bank reconciliations & supplier statement reconciliations, month end involvement in accurate calculation & posting of various accruals.

Have you got what it takes?

Applicants must have a Grade C or above in English & Math’s GCSE level or equivalent;  Be proficient in MS Word & Excel.  Experience and knowledge in purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, invoice matching & using Computerized accounting systems; Be a team player, able to work on own initiative & be flexible in terms of operational requirements.
