We are currently seeking to hire a Transaction Services Manager/Senior who will join our Belfast practice

Role:

Due to growth we are currently seeking to hire a Transaction Services Manager/Senior who will join our Belfast practice. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

  • Interaction with client and target teams on a day to day basis
  • Delivery of projects and participation in work streams of larger more complex projects
  • Accurate preparation of detailed financial analysis and recommendations to clients
  • Monitoring, oversight and development of junior colleagues
  • Working alongside and developing junior colleagues
  • Business development and participation in bids, proposals and pitches
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of our own practice

We ideally need you to have the following:

  • Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) with training completed in an international accountancy practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of transaction services / M&A for Manager grade position
  • 12 months transaction services / mergers and acquisitions experience highly desirable for Senior grade position
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent drive, commitment and enthusiasm
  • Excellent project management skills

Team:

KPMG Transactions Services helps clients in areas including financial, tax and commercial due diligence, pre and post deal evaluation, financing and refinancing assistance, contractual discussions and integration.
