The Role

Working as part of the Project Services team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for providing immediate support to clinical study sites participating in clinical trials utilizing IVRS technology.  You will also support the wider clinical project services team by performing other IVRS related duties.

As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organisation, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available throughout the Almac group.

Please note the working hours for this role will be: 

Monday Tuesday and Friday 09.00-17.30 and Saturday & Sunday 05.00-13.30 (40 hours per week)

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or above
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Previous experience within a customer facing role within a service industry
  • Knowledge of the Clinical Trial industry
  • Experience organising, planning and prioritising tasks within a high volume, varied workload in accordance with conflicting demands and shifting priorities
