We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to lead a team of operatives on a prestigious site in the north west of the province.
The position is full time, working Monday to Friday, supported by 2 Team Leaders to deliver services 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
It is essential that applicants have a proven track record in identifying customer service needs, proposing relevant service solutions incorporating staff selection, training, deployment and management, service level agreements, budgetary control, quality audits, health and safety considerations etc.
Reports to:Operations Manager
Responsible for:All Operational Staff
To ensure that the requirements of the Service Level Agreement are fully implemented so as to meet the needs of the Client
