Site Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to lead a team of operatives on a prestigious site in the north west of the province.

The position is full time, working Monday to Friday, supported by 2 Team Leaders to deliver services 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

It is essential that applicants have a proven track record in identifying customer service needs, proposing relevant service solutions incorporating staff selection, training, deployment and management, service level agreements, budgetary control, quality audits, health and safety considerations etc.

Responsible for:All Operational Staff

Role Purpose 

To ensure that the requirements of the Service Level Agreement are fully implemented so as to meet the needs of the Client

Responsibilities

 Ensure that all of the Service Level Agreement elements are fully implemented:

  • Communications
  • Performance Reporting  
  • Quality
  • Client Management
  • Financial Management
  1. Ensure that each Momentum team member carries out specific tasks as per their Role whilst demonstrating and maintaining high standards of Safety, Competency, Cleanliness and Hygiene.
  2. Maintaining and Improving Standards. Lead, perform and or take part in various types of Audits which ensures that each functional role is carried out as per Job scope / description ensuring Safety, Competency and Operational Discipline is maintained.
  3. Training. Assist Operations Manager in training function as required, including induction training, on-going operational training & training administration.
  4.  Record Keeping. Adhere to good BSI practice for Record Keeping
  5.  Operational Supplies. Ensure that Store Rooms are appropriately stocked and in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
  6.  Training & Learning Manager. Ensure that all TLM’s are completed on time.
  7.  Safety Meeting Attendance – ensure that all Contractor employees attend 1 x Safety meeting per month.
  8.  Ensure that all elements, aspects of work are carried out and reported on a Monthly / Quarterly, this will be measured via KPI’s.
  9.  To carry out any other reasonable requests as may arise from time to time.
