Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for ensuring all workers on our sites and in our supply chain are treated fairly and that Moy Park demonstrate our responsibility to prevent any form of labour exploitation within our supply chain in accordance with our Ethical Sourcing Policy.

This role is focussed on ensuring all sites comply with ethical audit requirements and are up to date with SEDEX/customer requirements and code changes.  You will be responsible for the delivery of the ethical sourcing strategy and mapping our supply chain, assessing risk and prioritising activity. Communicating the progress of the ethical sourcing strategy effectively both internally and externally.  A crucial element of this role will be assessing, advising and implementing appropriate measures & plans to ensure an effective and ethical supply chain, identifying audit requirements, and professionally representing the business to stakeholders internally and externally.

This is a senior role within our HR team and is therefore suited to someone with an interest in Responsible Sourcing and or HR within a manufacturing/FMCG environment. A good understanding of ethical principles, SEDEX and customer expectations are desirable, and you should also be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
